I'm beginning to feel that the grain issue is a big one and is overlooked
by the medical profession and mainstream science, and that the truth is
coming out in places like this mailing list. Still, caution needs to
taken....remember how sure everyone was that margarine was better than
butter, and at a fraction of the cost!
