Subject: NRM links EU ambassador to LRA
I cannot wait to inform you on the latest new comer on the list of terrorists in the M7's black-book of terrorists. All it takes as a pre-condition for enrollment, one has to make comments or express views contrary to that held by dictator M7 and NRM.
I am informed that following the EU and other donor countries resolution supporting Uganda Parliament for having declared northern and eastern Uganda as Humanitarian disaster zones;
I am told, that the movement has come back in local FM radio in Kaampala alleging that the EU ambassador to UGanda is an LRA supporter. They allege that the UPDF found a letter written by the EU ambassador to Kony on the dead body of a slained soldier of LRA.
Finally, I am informed that KAP was not disolved, but rather its name changed to `Wambulenzi Mobile Brigade´ responsible for some of the ongoing massacres in northern Uganda!
Regards,
Godfrey
