Thanks for the offer, but I'd like to respectfully decline  This because I
don't think my past conduct makes me a candidate worthy of the elite list
management position.  Maybe in a few yrs when I reach a stage of maturity
which will be reflected by my conduct on this list.

I think folks like Habib, Jabou, Matarr, Joe Sambou, KB etc are much more
worthy of this position than myself.  These folks have shown that they can
engage folks in a wise and respectable manner.  I am sure they shall bring
much added value to your management style.

All I ask for is more engagement and transparency of the part of management.
