Mr. Owens,

By the time Pa Ali Jammeh died, I think I had already left the country. So
you can see that I can hardly tell you the circumsatnces surrounding his
death, for example. As much as I would like to write about our this truly
great Ancestor, I simply have to do some research, not only to refresh my
own memory of him, but to find out more about his political life in order to
offer you some sufficiently respectable account of his time in prison.

I am sorry that you find that position frustrating. I am unconvinced though,
that  your degree of frustration must outweigh my sense of responsibility
towards  such an  undertaking.
