Exactly how do you enforce that spec? How does one demonstrate
commitment to nuisance? Does it matter if its not exactly ON the roof?
Like if I were hanging off the side nuisancing...is that okay? Is it
a nuisance if the Architect does it? What if the Building Official is
a nuisance? What about the lawyers? Are you banning them from the
work site?
