hi,
remove the card from device manager and shut down.reseat by pressing down
until it snaps into place.start up and let it detect your card then install
your drivers and set your picture size etc.if possible install another card
to check that it is the card before returning if you get no joy.
i had a similar problem and once the card reseated it was fine.
i have also had one or two that needed to be replaced as they were faulty
when showing this type of problem.
