I installed a two computer network, following advice given to me on this
list. Device Manager, Win98, shows card in each computer is working
properly. Computer name shows in each Network Neighborhood. Cards are
ADMtek AN983 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet Adapter v. 017. Now, what do to
transfer files between computers?
Do I need to check "Logon validation" in General, Client for Microsoft
Networks Properties, Network, Control Panel? Does network password dialog
box need to show on startup? I will be only one using the two computers.
