Let's see... they select 123 patients for the test because they are
exhibiting symptoms of mercury exposure. Then they publish a report
with the amazing finding that 89% of these people have high mercury
levels.
Wow... symptoms of mercury exposure correlate with mercury exposure.
That's one of the most flawed "studies" I've ever seen. And given the
bogus nature of the methodology you have to treat the results and the
ensuing discussion with the greatest skepticism.
Hopefully this "study" will prompt a real researcher to undertake a
proper study with a control group and some attempt to correlate the
mercury levels with other elements of lifestyle.
