As far as herbal teas for illness...I always go with a good strong
ginger root infusion/tea, shredthe root on a cheese grater, then steep
in hot water. good for the digestion, the soul and the rest of you.
Makes you sweat too...
 Nettles are also very good for allergies. Unless you want to collect
them yourself ( ouchy without gloves) you can find it in the bulk herbs
section of a natural foods store.
