Yep! All our old low carb stand-bys. As a nutritionist I've always been
amazed at how, for the most part, mother nature packs more nutrient density
(more vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, etc.) into low starch vegetables
that any other plant food! (Of course, those things are really in the plant
to serve the plant -- but works out sweet for us.)
