But if paleo peoples ate alot of animal fat as is supposed, they wouldn't
feel the need to snack all day, that animal fat would carry them through
several hours at a time. I know when I've taken in alot of fat in a meal,
it's hours before I feel like even nibbling on something. Course, I guess
it would be different in those lean times without their normal, preferred
diet, then they would be snacking more on foods that pass more quickly
through.
