Todd, I'm 5'9" and small frame and my ideal weight is 150. To keep my
weight in check my fat from meat intake is 25 to 28 grams daily (considered
low fat) ie. 7oz mackerel per day or 7tsp butter or 5 cups chicken gizzards
or 25 chicken livers or 14 oz dark chicken(more light) or 6/7eggs or 9oz
herring or big piece halibut/snapper or several cans oysters or 12 oz
canned salmon or 20 sardines or lots of shrimp or 1/2 lb lean pork, beef/ 1
homemade polish sausage or 50 roasted peanuts per day. These amounts
roughly keep me within the 25-28 grams fat per day. My pocket fat gram
counter is long defunct so I only have some old notes and charts. I only
rarely use a little oil in cooking (currently none in the house for a
month) I think Paleo people did not overeat like almost everyone does
now...they were active and even went without for periods of time....that's
just my take on things...John
