There is a big difference between our vegetables and the fruits we have now.
If one eliminates beans and corn from the vegetable list, and white
potatoes, then most vegetables are pretty low on the glycemic index. Fruits
are high. A constant supply of high glycemic foods will create the insulin
resistance and pancreatic problems (diabetes).
