I workout intensely 40-45minutes, no rests, go home, shower, eat meat and
salad which contains apples, celery, romaine lettuce, avocado, walnuts, and
salad dressing. The meat is pork, beef, poultry, whatever I feel like. I
also vary the fruit and nuts to suit my taste. I like to have it prepared
in advance because I like to eat within the first hour after working out.
