17,000 years at least. Einkorn is a type of wheat. It was still grown
in the US many years ago, in areas with poor rainfall. Pretty rare now
that modern wheats are so much better.
I guess that a few times a year wouldn't be soooo unpaleo. ;--), if
your ancestors came from the middle east. Mine all seem to be northern
european types, no grains till much later, maybe 2-3000 years ago,
then mainly oats or rye. No wheat till later yet.
