Dear Listmates,
I am still recovering from a terrible bout of something that I have not experienced for some time. It could be the flu, but it coincided with consuming a carrot cake that I made with Sugar Care, a sugar substitute, for a friend who is diabetic. I used Splenda in the frosting, and have determined from the archives that it is GF. I rarely take in artificial flavors or colors or anything like that, so this alone may have really knocked me for a loop. Even though the symptoms are flu-like, they seem to be traveling down my digestive tract. Anybody know anything about this product? I obtained the Sugar Care from a friend who buys it in bulk for a care facility, so there is no packaging available. Thanks, Nancy in So. Oregon
