Six persons recommended Bob's Red Mill for brown rice flour. There was some
question about whether or not it was organic. I could not detect any mention
of the flour being described as organic on the website. Another person
suggested ener-g, which does carry brown rice flour; although it is not
labeled as organic. 3 persons recommended Lundberg Farms which does sell a
$25 pound bag of organic brown rice flour. Also recommended was grinding
one's own flour. Once again, Lundberg Farms was mentioned as a source of
organic brown rice.

As for my question about organic milllet, one person replied that she bought
it from Azure Farms.

The bag of Arrowhead Millet I bought contained a few other grains as well and
I became concerned about the issue of cross-contamination.

Finally, one person stated that millet was not gf. That is a debate which
will not be the subject of this summary.

Thanks to all who replied.
