Hello fellow anti-gluteneaters :)

In August, my husband, my brother and his wife are all going camping. This
will be my first camping trip since I was diagnosed with Celiac. I am
wondering if anyone has any original food ideas for camping? I know when I
did eat glutenfull food, that there are really neat recipes for making
muffins on the campfire, etc...so I'm looking for any recipes that will make
it a good camping trip!!
