"I am bloated like mad (I look 6 months pregnant), and for the past 3 days
have had lower abdominal pain/pressure that runs the width of my hips."

This is all too familiar.  I am so bloated all the time and don't know why.
I am also on Armour (2 gr.).  I am also always thirsty and drink water all the
time.  Would love to hear any other comments.  Thank you everybody who
participates in this group.  It has given me a lot to think about.
