1 cup ground almonds not too fine
1/2 cup sorghum
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1 Tbs baking powder
4 Tbs brown sugar
a shake of salt
3-4 Tbs of melted butter
2 eggs plus 2 egg whites hand beaten
1 cup milk or less
Mix all dry ingredients. Put in wet ingredients. Add milk just until a thick cake batter like texture. Cook.
