if he's not CD, consider the possibility of eczema, psoriasis, or even
just
a regular allergy. My daughter has all 3 of those, and sometimes the
outbreaks look as you describe
*****
I had dh for over 30 years before diagnosis. It started on my elbows,
then
my knees (front and back) and various places all over my body. Extremely
itchy was the biggest problem. On the 3rd day of a gf diet, I stopped
itching for the first time in 33 years.

I, too, have a daughter that has VERY similar skin symptoms. She has had
it
for 4 years!!!! 3 Drs have said she has atopic dermatitis, and excema,
but
she NEVER responds to the treatment. In April, my other daughter and
husband were diagnosed with CD. My daughter with the skin problems
tested
positive this month for CD. I am anxious to see if the rash goes away
with
GF diet!! I hope so, she is 8 and is becoming very self conscious of the
rash.

My son is 7 y/o and celiac.
He was diagnosed a couple months ago.
Maybe 2 months before that we had a cluster of "molluscum contagiosum"
warts
removed from his neck and behind his knees. He has always been troubled
by
rashes so I thought this was "just another rash". Turns out it wasn't.
Hope this helps... I've included a link that shows a picture. Maybe
this
will rule it out?
