I must have got a hold of something at a Christmas party that I shouldn't
have eaten, but it's too late now. My question is, what do you do when you
know that you've injested gluten, not right away, but when you feel the
symptoms? Do you fast for the day, or just eat simple meals? Should I be
taking extra vitamins? Eating yogurt or taking acidopholus?

My symptoms don't seem to be as horrible as some that I've read on this
list. I get mild stomach discomfort and nausea, and a little bit of
indigestion. This will last for about a day, and it never hits me until
1-2 days after I've eaten it, but it always feels the same.

Thank you for any suggestions,
Jessica
