We recently got a home coffee roaster and have been experimenting with
various varieties of green coffee beans. Probably coincidentally, several
days after we started this new pleasure, I seem to be exhibiting minor
gluten reactions (muscle pains, stomach cramping, tingly skin). As I rack my
brain and retrace my steps, I thought I would turn to this wonderful
resource to see if anyone thinks this could possibly be a source of gluten
