thanks for all the reply's...i called burbanks and they said that the sauce
is gluten free. they make it there and read off all the ingredients. the
food was pretty good...i got the pulled chicken but tried the ribs too and
they were good as well. best of all, i didn't get a stomach ache..and i know
that if i got something i would have. someone asked about my location, i
live in cincinnati but i know there are other burbanks around the US.
a lot of people asked me about chili's...many said that nothing is good there
because of contamination and i have gotten sick one time. when i go i
usually get the classic nachos which are chips, refried beans, and sour cream
or i get the chicken breast, no sauce, and corn on the cob...i also eat the
top off of cheese cake and a smoothie...i've checked on those. i know of
other celiac's who eat there as well and i know i'm taking a chance but you
always are when you eat out anyways and i have to eat somewhere with my
friends...i know when i get something with gluten within two minutes....i did
a stupid test, not smart but i was dying for a girl scout cookie...so i know
that chilli's can be safe sometime.
thanks again,
katie
