Hello

  I asked people to participate in a culture assessment r/t ethnic, racial,
and culture in relationship to daily living with a focus on CD.  The data is
taken from Mary Ellen Zator Estes book "Health Assessment & Physical
Examination" for a college project. I had no intentions to offend or make
this difficult, but I had some difficulty phrasing my needs, my apologies.
