Unfortunately, at this time, soup labels, in general, do not
necessarily disclose gluten. It is hard to ascertain just
from reading labels which Swanson or Campbell's soups
are appropriate for us.
Manischewitz broths, the last time I checked, were gluten free.
Progresso company now believes that all their labels have full
disclosure on them;
therefore, wheat will be stated if in the product. There are quite
a few Progresso soups that are gluten free, including
their Cream of Mushroom Soup! That's very good news!
