This message is not refer to hard drive, it is either driver issue or
hardware problem. I used to see it on my PC after my MX video care was
fallen (faulty, it couldn't co-operate with driver any more), I also see
some system with same message just meaning some drivers need to update (eg.
for my friend, he updated video driver to get rid of it).

mobo, video, RAM or CPU fault can give the message too. About half of case
I've seen are hardware problem (usually mobo).
