This morning I've been stomping around angry since watching a bit on the
morning news about calorie and fat content in Starbuck's giant coffee
drinks, cinnamon buns, etc. The coffees had up to 600 calories, and of
course they tell you to leave off the whip cream and substitute skim milk.
Not a word about the sugars. Same thing with the 750 calorie buns: "Oh, my
God, there are 34 grams of FAT!!!"

They made the point that eating these two is the caloric and moral
equivalent of having two Big Macs for breakfast. They do point out that a
McD's shake has 1000 calories, though.

No wonder they're all sick.... I'm in one of those moods where I want to
stop and yell at fat folks on the street to try to help. I hope it goes
away soon.
