Just be sure to read the package on the beef jerky. I was trying to be so
good one day while I was out and so I bought sunflower seeds and beef jerky
at a local convenience store. Later on I noticed that the sunflower seeds
were roasted with non-paleo oil and the beef jerky had <gasp!> hydrolyzed
wheat gluten and corn gluten, among other things.
