I don't eat grains either. They give me joint ache if I do....(I do sneak a
bite in Europe.) but I still believe our ancestors ate them on occasion and
yes, they were not genetically modified or remotely resemble what we have
today. but..... You just know the women got together and pounded hell out
of 'em, cooked 'em, soaked 'em, fried 'em, etc. when they got bored of other
things. Creativity is essential in cooking for women. We can't have changed
that much. Wouldn't you love to have access to a typical conversation of
the women then compared with today. I'll bet money it's not unlike our own
conversations with our girlfriends. LOL!!! We won't go there..... ;-)
