Thanks so much for your very helpful post.  I've bookmarked the Rx site.

I just got off the phone with my doctor.  He wants to see me in his office
tomorrow after work.  I'm going to insist that he take me off of the Advair.

I am currently only using Proventil, which is an albuterol inhaler.  I also
have Pulmicort and Intal on hand.  All three of these are safe.  If you have
