our local paper, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, ran a story today about a local school banning all peanut products bc of kids w/ severe allergies. in their online edition, the paper's conducting an informal poll to gauge readers' response.
here in the goober capital of the southeast, the current vote is 890 in favor, 4400+ opposed.
if you'd like to lend your support, you can vote at the link below. good news, tho, is that the reporter immediately replied to my email to her, & told me the paper's planning a follow up.
