Hi -

My web site lists several good books, with links through amazon.com so that
you'll also get lists of other good, allergy books. (However, I recommend
that you look for the books you want at bookfinder.com or half.com after
you've done browsing. Much less expensive.)

I particularly like "Spice and Spirit", which as a kosher cookbook includes
ways to get around the milk prohibition to make things like puddings without
milk, (Tofu is the answer, by the way.) ANd there's a new book that I really
want to buy called "Recipes for Dairy Free Living". (Too many milk-free
cookbooks are geared towards vegans or people trying to lower their cholesterol.
These are not bad things in of themselves, but I want more variety than that
in my family's diet.)

Look through the References section for the books. (I promise to organize that
section before the summer is out ... That's also where the web links are
located.)
