A retired General made mention of this fact today on the Fox news
channel. He thought the sniper was part of a terror group, because of
the obvious planning.

I'm becoming a bit paranoid about showing an outline in the window...

There is one segment of society the sniper hasn't targeted yet. Persons
with a physical disability...

Hmmmmmm... Are we next?

this and take not of how a few people could do this to an entire area, I
hope they are not, but, ....
