Jan,

First of all, congratulations on being accepted!

Secondly, d'you mean UGA in Athens, GA?  It's a great school, both
academically and sports-wise.   My cousin worked there for many years, and
my dad went there for his first two years of college (he then transferred to
the U. of Tenn at Memphis, because they had a ROTC programme with aviation
and it was just before WWII.)  I don't know anything about accessibility,
but perhaps they have a disabled students group you could contact.  Ask the
admissions office  to help you with that sort of information.  Also the Dean
of Students' office might be able to help.

I'd take that step, because it would give you a foundation for learning that
will be invaluable and you will broaden your horizons.  College is an
experience that you can't beat.
