This is the link to Twisted Sister's website. The signature tag I've used is
from Wake Up the Sleeping Giant. Twisted Sister has been one group that is
the heart of why I love rock n roll music. The song is about taking back
what has been denied you all this time and let nothing get in your way to
achieve your goal. My life has been something to this effect. I've had to
deal with people who say because I have CP, I should just let others run my
life for me, never have my own place and not have children. I've been
proving people wrong every day and that is what keeps me going now showing up
those who say I can't do something when it is done better than what they
could do.

As far as the song goes, you would need to hear it to get the true feel of
the message. It is on the same level as " We're Not Gonna Take It". Don't
let others push you around. Take action for yourself and live your life your
way.

Long ago and far away, We had a voice, you know that we had a say, We won't
live for yesterday, Ready or not, we're gonna have our way"

Twisted Sister Wake Up (the sleeping giant)
