What about other group homes, or getting a roommate or a live-in aide? What
about moving to a small town or small city where there IS public
transportation?

Cornerstone can't be the only agency ... you might want to contact the
developmental disabilities agency in your state and tell them you want to
move to a place that's more accessible, and that you want to be more
independent.  Or contact the nearest Independent living center.
