Ralph,

Uhhh ... well ... lost my copy many years ago.  (Never learned to keep
valuable publications out of the office.)  Then again it may be long out of
print.  Your best bet may be to lean on some of your masonry contractor
friends.  Many of them are members of the SWI.  Time to find out if they
know what they're doing? (8>o)  Anyone else out there have, or have seen, a
copy?
