HI all,

A very well kept secret is the accessibility of CHASE ATM's. They don't
publicize it or tell anyone how to use them, but they are out there. In New
York city, *all* Chase machines I have visited lately are accessible. There
is an earplug jack and What you need to do is press 1-2-3-ENTER to get
speech. Enter is the key to the right of the #3 key. Everything follows
from there. You can use them without an ear plug and a friend who has done
this when she didn't have one with her said it was fine because the first
two options you get are to change the volume and speed. Setting the volume
low and the speed high renders the output almost completely private.

Lynn
