I think the extra sat fat on Atkins was  a factor.  Also before Atkins, I
had a very bad SAD diet (sugar frosted flakes etc.).  So I may have been
still suffering from that.

Also as stated, I think my increased exercise must get a lot of credit for
the improved numbers.
