There is certainly a lot we still don't know about food allergies.  And
also that each child is different.  The food allergic child comes into the
world with a compromised immune system--- your child that does not have
food allergies may well have come into the world "better equipped" and so
when you introduced solids, etc. did not have the same effect that they
may have had on a more sensitive immune system.  For this reason, I don't
think this experience really proves anything.
