My exercise is supposed to happen in a pool. I have found a "y" no extreamly
far from me and will join to use their pool. The one I went to in the past
closed.

Ken, 1. Glad the truck accident only scared you, 2. Glad to hear the botox
helps you. I'm due for a one hour session at the local Jacuzzi place. Need

bad! Can't   exercise until my muscles relax  a bit.  I got off my exercise
program in mid Feb. Because I hurt my shoulder, so that took two weeks to
get better, and by then I fell off the program.
