If I may, I'd like to recommend the Quick Grits rather than the Instant
Grits.  The Instant Grits are not very tasty at all (in my opinion) - sort of
like wallpaper paste.  The Quick Grits only take about 10 minutes to fix with
water, and are very smooth.  Consistency can be thick or thin, depending on
individual taste (Instant Grits are more lumpy).
