Thanks for your ever-stimulating posts.

Shared the first of your most recent Quotes for the
day with my friendly cafe proprietor, Daniel (who is
of Italian extraction - a bit like the coffee!).

His response, paraphrased, went like this.

"There's coffee, and there's espresso.
You can put any old petrol in a family sedan, but a
Ferrari needs high octane fuel.
Coffee might be the blood of tired men, but fine
espresso is fuel for life."

Certainly a credo I can hold for the moment.
