It's me again, the pesky spice person! Now I need to know what brand
name of spices anyone can suggest for Indian food. I will need
especially tandoori powder and paste, madras curry paste, lime chili
pickle, garam masala, and any others you use, including curry pastes and
powders. I have been using Patak's jarred pastes and pickles, but they
are from England so I can't call the manufacturer to check. (They do
not have a crossed grain symbol, so perhaps I've already got the
answer!)

I also have a tin of Rajah Tandoori Masala here. Could it be GF if it
doesn't say so on the label?

Please tell me which brand I can use, especially if it's available here
in the U.S. U.K. listmembers can give me the brands they use, as my MIL
can buy some and have my husband bring it back. Thanks so much!
