I am a new celiac and I don't know (a) how sensitive I am or (b) which
foods will upset my system. I would like to use a Health Valley product
(beef broth). Company info says it's ingredients are gluten-free but
may be produced on same lines as gluten foods.
For those of you who know - how do you do with Health Valley products?
Should I avoid them?
