This is a delayed summary of info. about gf, egg free, and soy free
mayonnaise. Thank you everyone for your help.
------
One quarter of a cup of ground almonds
1 teaspoon mustard powder
Pinch paprika
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon rice milk
Pinch sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Half a cup of cold-pressed virgin olive oil
Place all ingredients, except oil, in a blender and blend until well
combined, then add the oil, drop by drop, until half has been used. Add the
remaining oil in a fine stream until a creamy mix is formed. This will not
be quite as thick as mayonnaise made with eggs.

I make my own, using Ener-G Foods egg replacer, the recipe is on their
website www.ener-g.com. I do use extra lemon juice to give it more
flavor, but it works quite well, it's just that you don't have the egg
flavor in it, so you have to compensate a bit. Depending on what I'm
making, extra lemon juice, or garlic or pepper work for me.
