I am a current undergraduate student at the Milwaukee School of Engineering
(MSOE) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, majoring in Technical Communication. My
younger sister was recently diagnosed with Celiac Sprue Disease, and I have
observed that, although information is available about the disease and a
gluten-free diet, usually the information I am searching for is never in the
same location or easy to find.

For the course Advanced Technical Writing at MSOE I am creating a document
that will improve the availability of celiac-related information. I plan to
compile information that is crucial to you about and relating to Celiac
Sprue Disease into this document. The print format of the document will be
based on tabulated responses to question number four on the following
survey. I will use information gathered from this survey only to plan my
documentation project, which I will submit to Professor David Tietyen. No
information gathered from this survey will appear in the document. I will
also make my final document available to you by posting its location on the
listserv.

I would greatly appreciate receiving your survey responses, which you can
