I seem to have gotten a gluten reaction to Daybreak Maple Flavor Bacon, made
by Fletcher's Fine Foods, P. O. Box 1957, Auburn, WA 98071-1957,
1-800-453-8338.  I called them and a woman informed me that they could not
guarantee the gluten free status of the bacon.  Although they add no gluten
to the bacon, but they have airborne gluten particles from the items they
make with gluten and; therefore, they say there could be contamination. So
anyone "particularly" sensitive to gluten should probably not eat the bacon.
