I had all your symptoms and more. My doctor--who wasn't smart enough to do a simple blood panel, but managed to subject me to every high-tech test under the sun--diagnosed me with multiple sclerosis.

I had to find another doctor, demand the thyroid panel and then switch yet again to get proper treatment. That was ten years ago, and it has been a rollercoaster.

I know that a lot of folks are big on Armour, but three years ago, I went from 150 mcg. of Levoxyl and a TSH of 2.93 to 120 mg. of Armour and a TSH of 64. It took 175 mcg. of Unithroid (which I prefer) to get me back to normal. I'm now taking (under protest) 200 mcg. of Synthroid.

Do you have a gynecologist? Sometimes they're as good as an endo when it comes to medicating a thyroid problem.

I wish you luck. For me it was a miserable few years, and I'm still not feeling as well as I would like to.
